June is a licensed Massage Therapist offering bodywork services such as Personal Injury, Swedish, Sports, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue massage. She also draws from her training and interest in lymphatic drainage techniques, integrated craniosacral, chakra balancing, and reiki for a thoroughly intuitive as well as clinical approach to bodywork.
When working with June, you can expect . . . the unexpected! She takes a new approach in every session, including with clients she’s seen multiple times. “After doing a full history and listening in depth to my client’s areas of discomfort or things they’d like to work on, I enjoy doing a slow warm up in order to bring areas of tension and pain to the surface. From there, I like to address that pain by listening to the muscle response, paying attention to how it moves and releases, and apply pressure within the scope of comfort for my client. It should feel productive, not painful!”
With her intuitive, precise, curious and innovative style of bodywork, June is a favorite practitioner for those with lingering pain from post op procedures, nerve issues, chronic neck and back tension, people experiencing extremity numbness, anyone working through injury, ergonomic concerns, chronic pain and more.
At SuNu, June is inspired by the collaborative approach to holistic health care. She enjoys being able to work with practitioners who specialize in other modalities in order to offer well-rounded and full-bodied care to her clients. She’s also happy to be working more with prenatal and postpartum birth clients at SuNu.
June is originally from Las Vegas and studied in Nevada. Now living in Minnesota, she enjoys being a mom, watching hockey, walking her German Shepard and being with family.

Dr. Courtney is one of the pediatric and prenatal chiropractors at SuNu. She specializes in care surrounding tongue and lip ties by utilizing a combination of chiropractic adjustments and craniosacral therapy. For most of her life, Dr. Courtney intended to be a pediatrician, but while in college at the University of Tampa, she heard an amazing testimonial about the healing power of chiropractic care for children. After further researching the subject, she realized that the body is capable of healing itself once proper spinal alignment is restored. This made her change her focus entirely, and she began pursuing a career as a pediatric chiropractor, rather than one in pediatric medicine.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Dr. Courtney attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2016. She has received additional pediatric focused training from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Courtney also discovered a passion for women’s health and providing prenatal care during her own pregnancy. She began learning about tongue and lip ties prior to having her daughter, Rowan. It was not until Rowan was born with significant ties that Dr. Courtney recognized how truly impactful care for infants and children with these can be.
Dr. Courtney cannot wait to meet you and is excited to join you on your journey to wellness. She currently sees patients at our Minnetonka location.

Her family experienced many wonderful benefits from alternative medicine, which prevented them from invasive and complicated medical interventions. Her vision for SuNu’s clients is to help them with preventative care and effective alternative solutions to achieve wellness.
Throughout Dr. Susan’s adolescence she cultivated a true passion for the healing arts while growing up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology/Human Physiology at Northern Michigan University. In 2009, Susan obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Dr. Susan has expanded her knowledge through hands-on training and seminars with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is also certified in Breech Balancing Technique through Northern Lights Wellness Professional Education, and the Webster Technique. Susan is not only qualified to treat prenatal women, infants, and children, but it is her passion and has been her true purpose for over a decade.

She first developed an interest for massage at a young age by simply giving her mom massages at home to help her relax after a long day of work and being a single mom of three daughters. Tichelle uses intuition, body knowledge, awareness and gentle connection to create a safe, calming and receptive massage experience for everyone she works with. “I like to think of myself as a “body listener” – I am able to learn a lot from the client’s body without having too much chatter or verbal storytelling getting in the way of what the body actually needs.”
When Tichelle isn’t working at SuNu, you may find her listening to books on audible, especially magic/fantasy thrillers, Greek/Norse mythology genres. She also loves a relaxing self-spa day or time at home with her dog.
